Our Product
Our steelhead trout are grown responsibly in an offshore platform called the AquaFort. This is an integrated multi-trophic aquaculture system that cultivates steelhead trout, blue mussels and sugar kelp. The shellfish and seaweed species are suspended around the fish nets to extract nutrients from the fish. This approach reduces nutrient pollution in the environment.
Our goal is to research and promote more sustainable and responsible ways to produce quality seafood that benefits the environment and our coastal communities.
The smoked trout are vacuum sealed and frozen, and can be kept frozen until September 25, 2025, for best taste. Once thawed, the fillets should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 30 days once they are thawed for best taste.
Please note, fillets may contain pin bones. Orders for pickup only.
