Worker Protection Standard (WPS) manual

The Worker Protection Standard (WPS) is required for all private applicator categories. It is also required for commercial categories C1, C2, G1, and G2 only if pesticide-treated agricultural commodities are being sold. If you are unsure if you need the WPS manual, contact the Division of Pesticide Control at 603-271-3694.
